We're looking for a Swiss-army knife / human accelerant based in New York to help us launch Tunic Pay in the United States from the ground floor and turbo-charge it. If you are excited about product, go-to-market, and contributing to the battle against scams and financial crime, read on to learn more ⬇️
This is an opportunity to have ownership and impact from day one, working closely with our founders and a lean, high-calibre go-to-market team to stand up Tunic Pay's United States business. You will help take us from our first US engagements to repeatable growth, working with some of the largest banks and credit unions in the United States from first conversation through onboarding and expansion, and sitting at the intersection of customer, product and data.
Commercial Strategy & Analytics
Early-stage commercial execution end-to-end: research and reach out to prospects, prepare meeting strategies and materials, pitch customers, negotiate contracts, and manage key stakeholders across US banks and credit unions.
Lead pilots into successful rollouts: analyse usage and performance data to uncover trends and adoption patterns, synthesise insights into clear expansion strategies, run weekly pilot meetings and client stakeholder workshops using data to guide decisions, and prepare concise materials (proposals, reports, meeting plans) that move partnerships forward and expand revenue opportunities.
Product Development
Translate the voice of the US customer into product action: identify friction points and blockers, surface structured feedback and adoption insights to the product team, recommend features or UI improvements, and help prioritise the enhancements that matter most for the US market.
Anything 🤷🏻♀️
The role will evolve as we build out the US operation, so be ready to take on varied projects, from standing up new processes to helping shape our US market entry.
