About the role 🎭
What you’ll work on:
- Evolve our products and launch new ones that delight consumers, the fraud officers who interact with them, and the technology teams that integrate them. This includes building out our multi-agent, composable infrastructure and scaling out our data insights.
- Adapt product / engineering / design processes appropriate to our size and goals. And then change them again every 3 months as we evolve! Collaborate closely across the org to maintain alignment and velocity.
- Anchor our offerings in a longterm vision that you keep testing & iterating on.

- Backend: Python, Kotlin
- Frontend: TypeScript, React
- Infra: Cloud-native, event-driven services, async workflows
- Data: SQL-first, correctness > dashboards
About you 🦄
Here are some thoughts on who would be successful in the role. We know we won’t be able to assess these from your CV, but our interview process will be designed around them:
- Excellent product decisions: Yes, the hardest, most nebulous part of product management. We are looking for someone who consistently raises our product ambition & quality by making great decisions. Sometimes these decisions will be based on taste or instinct, other times on frameworks or data, others yet on market feedback or user empathy or obsessive dogfooding.
- Killah Collaboration: You work productively with other stakeholders to surface the (aforementioned) product decisions and turn these into a reality. This could look like being a thought partner, challenging them, or simply knowing when to empower others. You know how to manage and organize teams for success, especially within a high agency fast-moving startup.
Some hard skills we’re looking for
- Technologist & AI optimist: You are a peer to the most technical of systems engineers and understand what goes into building fault-tolerant, large-scale distributed systems. (Engineers who want to move into Product are * most * welcome!) You’ve gone beyond agentic PRD writing and Lovable mockups: you are leading eval-first product development, and token limits are a frequent cause of frustration for you.
- Fintech aficionado: You have worked in our fintech industry before, and can instinctively see around corners and conceptualize the potential tradeoffs around friction / latency / resilience / model performance in the fraud prevention world.
